The Caldwell family would like to welcome Mr. Greg Freeman to the Upper Murray Resort as our new resident chef.
Greg comes to us after returning to Australia from 6 years working in the UK and the Mediterranean.
We can offer a range of dining alternatives from a light snack to 3 course dinner, or a function for up to 170 people.
All dishes are prepared to order with the freshest of ingredients. We endeavour to source local produce whenever possible.
Please note:
We are happy to open on any other day or evening for group bookings and functions, (10 or more guests) by prior arrangement.
